Top Toolbar

In each MapStore resource, there is a navigation bar at the top that provides some high level controls for managing the visualized resource as well as some generic ones for the application itself.

Specifically, the user can use the Top Bar to:

  • Login/Logout by clicking the button (for more information see the Managing Users and Groups section)

  • Go back to the Homepage by clicking the button

  • Open the About panel to know more information about MapStore and the deployed Version through the icon

  • Set the application language, with the Language switcher:

  • Access GeoSolutions website with a click on the icon

  • Save the map by clicking the button, in order to apply the changes made in an existing map.

  • Save as when the user needs to save a copy of a map or save one for the first time by clicking the button. Selecting this option a modal window opens to enter a map's Name.

  • Delete Map in order to delete the current map by clicking the button

  • Open properties panel of the map

  • View the Name of the map
